Data we process
The site has no user accounts or forms. We process: (1) what you send us by email (your address and message); and (2) aggregated browsing data through Google Analytics, if you consent. The site shows no advertising for now; if it adds it, we will update this policy first.

Answering your messages, based on your consent when you write to us (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). Analysing site usage in aggregate to improve it, based on your consent (Art. 6.1.a). Strictly necessary technical cookies rely on our legitimate interest in running the site (Art. 6.1.f).
Retention
Emails are kept for up to 12 months after the last exchange. Analytics data is kept for 14 months in Google Analytics.
Recipients and processors
We do not share data with third parties for their own purposes. Processors: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting) and Google LLC (Google Analytics). They may process data outside the European Economic Area under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to lluismayans83@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local authority.
Children
MacGameFPS is not aimed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their data.
